A bit about us—we’re Kirsty and Andy, a coffee-loving, snack-obsessed, family-first duo who love camping, spending time with our little ones, and doting on our beloved fur baby.
Our passion is helping brands take the overwhelm out of wearing all the hats, so you can focus on the parts of your business that truly light you up.
We’ve grown into a team of amazing Australian-based virtual assistants, each with eCommerce expertise and unique strengths, ready to support you and your business.

Kirsty’s journey began with a simple goal—like many, she wanted the flexibility to pick up her daughter from school each day. That elusive balance between work and life that so many strive for! After more than a decade in retail administration, she knew there had to be something more fulfilling. Determined to break free from the traditional 9-5, she set out to build a business that truly ignited her passion.
In 2019, Kirsty founded Kirsty & Co, a Virtual Assistant business dedicated to supporting e-commerce brands. What started as a solo venture quickly grew, and by 2024, the business had expanded to include her partner, Andy. His background in hospitality, paired with his secret love for all things tech, brought an extra layer of expertise and support to the team. Together, they’ve built a business that not only thrives but also provides the flexibility their family once dreamed of.
With over seven years of experience as an e-commerce Virtual Assistant, Kirsty knows firsthand the challenges that small business owners face. From customer service to digital marketing, website support to social media management—she and her team take care of the tasks that allow business owners to focus on what they do best. Because running a small business is a tough gig, and no one should have to do it alone.

Virtual Assistant, wife, mum (of one!), latte-drinking, wine lover!
I specialise in customer service, data entry, event management, and all things admin (aka. all the things you need to outsource to ensure your customer experience, support and satisfaction remain consistent while you focus on skyrocketing your customer count).
I've been part of the Kirsty & Co team for just over three years now, and work alongside Kirsty quite closely. Working in your own business can be lonely at times, even with fab clients! I love that I am part of a collaborative team that is so passionate about making a difference to small business owners.
Hayley
I’m a mum of two girls living on the Gold Coast. I’m a big fan of Greek food, love a glass of wine, and a good day at the beach with my family. My background is in customer and sales support, as well as executive assistance, and I really enjoy helping people out in these areas.
I’ve been with Kirsty and Co for 7 months now, and I’m loving every minute of working with Kirsty and the team. What I love most about my job is the opportunity to build great relationships and support others in achieving their goals. Plus, it’s always rewarding to be part of such an amazing team!

After spending a good chunk of my career in the banking sector, I've swapped finance for creativity, diving headfirst into the vibrant world of Canva. From whipping up eye-catching social media graphics to designing slick presentations and everything in between, I’m all about that creative life and I love every bit of it!
I'm also thrilled to be a part of Kirsty and Co, where I support an amazing bunch of clients and work alongside a fantastic team. It’s here that I get to channel my passion into projects that make a real difference— and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way!
