I’m Kirsty, Mum of two little ones, loving furmama, coffee fuelled, chocolate loving small business supporter! What’s my jam? Working with brands and businesses to remove the overwhelm of wearing all the hats in business, so they can concentrate on what they do best!

My original goal was simple, like many all I wanted was to be able to pick up my daughter from school each day. The simple flexibility and work life balance so many of us crave! After over a decade in retail administration, there had to be more! I was determined to leave behind the 9-5 and pursue something that gave me passion. After 12 months of side hustle, in November 2019 I left my full-time job, and Kirsty & Co became my full-time gig!

My mission is to help and support small business owners. It’s that simple. Many small business owners wear all of the hats.. Marketing, bookkeeper, designer, copywriter heck even the cleaner! But as your business grows, you don’t need to do all the things! 

Think of me as your business cheerleader, on the sidelines cheering you and your business on! Because trust me, I get it.. small business is a tough gig!

Professional Bio

Well this is fun, the part where I tell you about myself in third person.. Don’t I sound amazing?!

Kirsty is a Virtual Assistant specialising in administration support for ecommerce brands and businesses. With a background in retail administration combined with sales management, Kirsty is equipped to understand the needs of your business and understands the importance of  growing an online presence.

Kirsty is organised, loyal and hardworking, all attributes needed to maintain a trustworthy relationship with any client. Kirsty understands the level of trust needed to begin outsourcing and makes the transition easy and smooth. 

She herself has built her own small business, growing to full capacity in less than two years. Tasks from data entry to social media are taken in her stride as she adapts to your business voice, goals and values.

The added bonus? Virtual assistant means just that! No need to employ staff, have office space and all the jazz that comes with it! Heck, you don’t ever have to see her! But when needed, she’s only a phone call (or email) away!

Virtual Assistant, wife, mum (of one!), latte-drinking, wine lover!

I specialise in customer service, data entry, event management, and all things admin (aka. all the things you need to outsource to ensure your customer experience, support and satisfaction remain consistent while you focus on skyrocketing your customer count).

I've been part of the Kirsty & Co team for just over three years now, and work alongside Kirsty quite closely. Working in your own business can be lonely at times, even with fab clients! I love that I am part of a collaborative team that is so passionate about making a difference to small business owners.

Hi! I'm Rachel - a mum of 2 incredible young human beings, a cat and 2 guinea pigs. I love a good coffee (thanks Melbourne for having some of the best!) and burritos!

I have been part of the Kirsty & Co team for just over a year and I absolutely adore being part of such a supportive and collaborative team that is so passionate about providing the best customer service and admin support for all of our customers!

I help mums in e-commerce businesses with customer service and administration support so that they can get off the tools and spend more time with their family as I have a major passion for supporting other mums and women in business who are not only raising their own family, but also running a successful business!
